If anyone would like to visit our Finca Sagrada in If anyone would like to visit our Finca Sagrada in southern Ecuador, we are 45 minutes by bus from Vilcambamba near the small town of Tumianuma.

The Kogi indigenous people from Colombia have visited Finca Sagrada several times and explained that this area is sacred. They offered us to build a spiritual Kogi house here with a sacred fire burning around the clock. We have plenty of space to rest and connect with nature.

We offer several ways to visit and meet. One is a private room with community house and ingredients for food preparation for $25/night. We also have space for tents and volunteer opportunities.

From June 20-25, there will be an event with the Wiwa indigenous people from Colombia and Kichwa leader Nancy. They have a very intense and authentic connection to Mother Earth and the wisdom of their ancestors, which they are happy to share with us. And they will teach with reconnection rituals and healing sessions.

You can find all the information on our website: https://finca-sagrada.com.

If you have any questions, just email: sacredlandfarm@gmail.com

Prepare the compost, the beds to plant, plant, cook for everyone with the food that grows on the farm... actions that we do with love and for love, to nature, to our body, to the community, to life.

🧑‍🌾Here the volunteers learn about biodynamic agriculture, ancestral agriculture, agroforestry and permaculture, and to live in a community.

🌱We feed on vegetables previously planted by workers and by volunteers who have passed and continued on their way. And those who are here today leave their seeds, sowing food for the next ones who will arrive when they are gone.

☀️ Everything is a wonderful cycle.

The wonderful cycle of giving and receiving ☀️

On March 21 we celebrate Pawkar Raymi, together with workers and volunteers from the farm.
Spring equinox for the northern hemisphere, time of flowering and festival related to the agricultural cycle.

🌾Thanking Pachamama for the food it provides us, the sun that gives us warmth and makes us grow, the moon for its energy, the rain that fills the plants with oxygen, our creator God, and all the nature, because we would be nothing without it.

🌾 We offer herbs to the fire, songs and reflections, and we each intention our prayers, for ourselves, for all humanity and for the entire universe.
We also drink Chicha de jora, a typical drink made from corn.

In the Andean worldview, this date marks the beginning of a new year, propitious to be reborn and recreate.
